You are added as an authorized user on an existing, well-managed account. The account's history, age, and limit can then appear on your report. You do not get a card and you cannot spend on the account.
Terms run 60 days. After the term ends you are removed. Whether the history remains visible afterward is controlled by the bureaus and the issuer, not by us.
It can, and the simulator above shows the utilization math. But no one can guarantee a score outcome. Results depend on everything else on your file.
Each card lists a close date. Reserve before that date to be added for the upcoming cycle. After it passes you wait for the next one.
Adding an authorized user is a standard feature offered by card issuers. Issuers may remove authorized users at their discretion.
